Transracial and Transnational Adoption Project

The Transracial and Transnational Adoption Research lab at University of Minnesota studies the lived experiences of adopted individuals. 

Presently, our main project is a two-decade long study of the experiences of transnationally adopted Koreans and their adoptive families. Topics include: adjustment and well-being, identity and discrimination, cultural socialization, genetic testing, and family - birth and adoptive (see the Research tab for more information).
